    An unhandled win32 exception occurred in schost.exe


    I updated recently and for some reason this error message popped up. I was not 100% what to do so I just closed the window when it showed up. Should I be concerned? Most of the online content I found is much older than windows 10. Some from 2008.

    not sure if this is the place to put this help me question

    does anyone kno what kind of error this is..it pop up when i try to play power DVd or wmplayer

    it would say "An unhandled win32 exception occured in powerdvd.exe[number]

    that number changes everytime

    what can i do to fix this problem *Bang Head :banghead:

    Unhandled Win32 exception launching Communication Centre

    I'm getting an unhandled Win32 exception when I launch Communication Centre from PC Suite. I installed the latest version of PC Suite and it connects to the phone just fine (E51 on USB cable). Inbox messages show in the main PC Suite window, but when I click
    either the messaging or contacts icons to start Communication Centre 2.0 it fails with an unhandled Win32 exception.



    I have uninstalled all Nokia apps and reinstalled from a fresh download of PC Suite, and I get the same error.



    Any suggestions?

    I'm working on two game engines, Unity5 and Unreal4.

    A few weeks ago, when I tried to launch Unity, I got a message that Unity has stopped working and a window appears with a debug choise, and
    when I choose ''debug'' a new window appears with the message: ''an unhandled win32 exception occurred Unity.exe'' [...] <---here a different number appears every time (eg.[224],
    [2008], [2015] ....)

    When I open the Visual Studio for debbuging it shows this: Microsoft.Vshub.Server.HttpHostx64.exe has stopped working.

    Exactly the same problem accured with Unreal and the above messages appeared.

    I have deleted all projects, I have uninstalled and installed again Unity5 and unrea4l, but nothing. I haven't managed to launch them at all.

    I've contacted to the Unity's and Unreal's community and they told me that it's a problem of Windows.

    I had the same problem using Win 8.1 and after upgrading to Win 10.
