Windows 10: An unnamed app which can't be uninstalled

When I checked the Apps in Settings, I found a 565GB unnamed app, later when i restarted the laptop the app's name was in Chinese, and when I closed the Settings and came back it was the unnamed app again. Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this app?

People app suddenly shows all contacts as "Unnamed"

My wife got a Samsung Windows 7 phone, and the guy in the AT&T store helped import her contacts from her gmail and yahoo email accounts. Suddenly -- I think after the next time she did a synch -- all the contacts appear as "Unnamed". The names and numbers
are there, but the listing is useless since every entry appears as Unnamed.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Unnamed Apps in Windows Store Updates Queue

Thank you for your reply. I tried both methods. The first reported no problem, and the second restarted the Windows Store app, but the two unnamed apps I reported earlier are still present in the update queue. Please advise of further steps to try.

Unnamed Contacts

I have an HTC Touch Viva (also called the Opal, I think) that runs Windows Mobile 6.1. I just got back from the US (where I used a T-Mobile SIM card) and put in my Etisalat SIM card. All my SIM contacts were listed as <UNNAMED> in the Windows Mobile Contacts
program, but appeared normal in my SIM Manager. I could even call my contacts (from the SIM Manager menu) and the phone would recognize the numbers after I hit the "Call" button, and would show the correct names in the Call list, but ony would show <UNNAMED>
in the Contacts lists.

I switched the SIM cards back, even though my phone couldn't find the T-Mobile network, and then switched again, back to Etisalat (each time, restarting the phone, of course) and now I can see my SIM contacts. When I went to the Contacts program, it said "Importing
from SIM: " and a percentage. I don't know if it did that the first time, or if perhaps I interrupted the process when I first put in my Etisalat SIM the time before.

I just thought this might help someone.
