Windows 10: An unspecified error occurred 75736e6a726e6c2e 500.

Hello Everyone.Recently, I've been unable to access my external hard drive on my computer, which uses Windows 10. I was able to access it before on my F:/ drive but not anymore. I've tried connecting it to multiple ports, but the problem was the same. I tried searching the net for solutions and tried commands like sfc /scannow and chkdsk F: /f /x /r.The first command completed without any errors and said that it found some corrupt files, which it fixed. However, the issue was not resolved. So, I tried the chkdsk command. While it was running, it logged messages like this:A disk read error occu

Exactly same issue with same error number:

1. Internal SATA Drive

2. I used Windows 7 clean install

-> windows activated

-> Windows 10 media creation tool

-> Upgrade windows 7 to 10 -> keep nothing after upgrade -> install seems fine

-> Run windows update, after drivers installed -> stopped booting correctly and gone into continous loop of bluscreens accompanied by by CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

-> run admin console to maybe fix it somehow

-> a LOT of disk errors around, chkdisk finished with error from the screen ("an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)")

3. I kept nothing from old Windows7 clean install, but that was no direct windows 10 clean install.

4. yes, this issue happend AFTER I upgraded windows from windows 7 to windows 10

Hi everyone,

Windows 7 Chkdsk got stuck at 14% many times trying to fix C:\ drive (Seagate SSHD 750GB ). The only tip in the whole net seems to let it work for a day or two until finishes - if ever. Well I was not satisfied with the scenario of using 6 year old ancient
Chkdsk anymore and used the tool at Lataa Windows 10 to download Windows 10 to USB thumb drive. Rebooted from thumb, chose Repair to get to the Command Prompt and ran Chkdsk c: /f /r /b /x which indeed completed while
immersing myself with Thor: The Dark World.

Win 10 Chkdsk finished (thank goodness for new technologies!) but with an error I've never seen

What's going on? Going to get a new hard drive soon but if anyone else stumbles on this, might be good to know what it is specifically?
