  1. AND NOW THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH, THANKS WINDOWS

Last October, October 2018 to be exact. I bought a Windows 10 Lenovo Laptop for my 44th birthday. I needed a laptop and didn't want to spend a whole lot of money for something that would only be used to check the weather and work on my Novel .

The thing has a 1 terra-bite hard drive which is more than enough space for not even half of what I needed it for in the first place. My Laptop never left the house, never sat anything on top of it, kept it squeaky clean, no porn, never let anyone else borrow it or even use it, which includes my lady. If Jesus Christ asked me to use it, I just would've had to ****.

As of December 2019, barely a year a 2 months and my PC began to slow down. I always made sure to keep the Update tab on and thought that I probably had to clear out my Temp folder, Cashe or Defrag my system. Before I could even get to that, I received a prompt and my PC shut itself off. Bewildered, I turned it back on, thinking that I was a victim of Windows infamous " DRIVE BY UPDATES " and it shut off again. 4 times and then a Blue screen appears stating ERROR some alpha numeric code that I can't remember. I was shocked because my novel was open right when the power went off the first time.

I sat there for an eternity restarting, BIOS, the power button 3 times hard off. Nada. I did my research into the PC NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED BLUE SCREEN and found out that it's really called the Blue screen of Death. It's a flaw in the programming and basically the computer corrupts itself. " Oh that's great , at least it's not my fault !"

"Wait, No it's not , what about my book that I have been working on for 7 months ???? " , Ughhh ! **** !!!

SO I call Microsoft Tech Support. I don't have a single bias against Foreigners or of foreign descent, but when I asked where he was located and he said India, I was floored. I mean would it have been too much to ask if I had another Native English Tech instead of someone where English is their second language. The Tech was incompetent. Everything that he suggested didn't work at all and it felt like he had some background conversation going on too. Then exhausted, he told me to get on another computer and download some tool. I told him that I do not have another Computer lying around. Then brainless tells me to go out, buy a Flash Drive and download some tool Repair kit from Microsoft. I explained to fool that I work in the Health Sector. I explained to numb skull that I cannot plug a Flash drive into my Tower because I'm on a Network and it'll snitch on me, + it could be seen as a HIPAA violation even though it isn't , which means that not only would I be fined, but I would go to jail. Dude rushes be off the phone.

All I could do was whimper at that point. I could not tell you just how many hours I've spent working on my book. I couldn't tell you just how disappointed I am knowing that I didn't do anything wrong, it just happened. I checked everywhere, bought the Flash Drive and carried my 50+ hour a week working self to the Library to download the Tool repair kit, only to come home to be disappointed yet again.

    SO LET'S RECAP:

    - I spent $345.00 for a Laptop with a terra-bite Hard Drive that left the Factory with a flaw in it's programming and is currently collecting dust.

    - I have a book that I was working on for 7 months, halted , that I can never get off of it, because I have this Blue screen that says my PC needs to be repaired.

    - I have email and other website information such as log in Passwords that I have forgotten because I cannot access any of them.

    - AND I HAVE A BLUE SCREEN THAT WILL NOT ALLOW ME, EVEN A FEW MINUTES TO ACCESS MY BOOK. Even if it never works again, just let me get my Novel, then I'll gladly throw it in the trash.

If someone cannot answer this question or at least tell me how to retrieve my Novel, every chance I get I'll make it my every waking second on earth to demonize Microsoft and Windows forever.

Now I truly understand why people go out of their way, paying the BIG DOLLARS for Mac.

    :)

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?
