Windows 10: Anniversary Update Restoring back to Last version.

Help !!!! I want & need to return to the Windows version 1511. I have regrettably installed the 1607 version, and found it to be more of a hassle than it's worth. In addition, my fav on-line game ( very popular tank game ) will not run, because the game requires Java, and 1607 does not support Java. Therefore, the darn game wont even run !!
I stupidly deleted the old version files from the recycle bin after 1607 was installed, and I am past the "10 day" grace period for 1607 ( what happened to the old 30 day grace period ?? )
If anyone could help, or guide me to a solution, I would be most appreciative & profoundly thankful !!

Yeah, this has been a nightmare of epic proportions. The update first gave me the black screen of death. I figured out in safe mode that during the update a Razer program installed and somehow killed my graphics. Disabling that brought my screen back but as it turned out that was only the beginning of my woes. Network adapters were totally gone, the OS didn't think I had any despite them showing as working properly in the device manager. All tools to fix it wouldn't run as some vital component was missing.
Tried to rollback from Windows update and it failed to run. No restore points exist so that wasn't an option. It was looking like I would be forced into a clean install but miraculously on the third or fourth attempt to use advanced troubleshooting the rollback option magically appeared and worked.
So now I am back to the working build 1511 thank goodness.
After that long winded explanation, here's my question; is there any way to avoid the Razer install that seems to be bundled with the Windows upgrade for some unknown reason? The only Razer product I have is a mousepad that certainly doesn't need any software to be used and I am pretty sure that the software didn't play nice with my system.
