Windows 10: Annotating PDF using edge not working after update

Discus and support Annotating PDF using edge not working after update in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I recently did a MS update and the annotation function is no longer working.     Annotating PDF using edge not working after update


    I recently did a MS update and the annotation function is no longer working. The PDFs just zoom in and out when I ask for highlighter or pen. Any fixes available?

    Microsoft Edge PDF annotation

    With Windows 8.1 and the Surface Pro 3, I was able to annotate PDFs. What is the work around for Windows 10 since Edge does not annotate PDFs?

    PDF Annotation in Microsoft Edge

    The reason I upgraded and installed all the teachers in my school to the Edge browser was so that they can use the annotate tools and quickly save annotations. This is not working any longer with PDFs. When will this feature be available?

    Okay. now it works. Don't know if it is an Insider Preview thing, but I can annotate PDF within Edge now.
