What version of .Net Framework Can I upgrade to?

There are some programs that neeeds .NET Framework to be able to run. The .NET Framework 4.7 is included with the Windows 10 Creators Update. If you're on an earlier version of Windows 10, you need to upgrade to Windows 10 Creators Update to get the .NET Framework
4.7. The .NET Framework 4.7 supports apps built for .NET Framework 4.0 or later. Other versions of the .NET Framework are available from the

basically all they did was took .net framework 4.7 out of the creator's update and repackaged it in to an installer so people on 1607 could get it

    Because 1703 includes 4.7.

This update only matters if a program comes out written in 4.7 and you want to install it,

But installing 4.7 on Windows 8.1/2012 R2 saves from installing a bunch of patches.
