Windows 10: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14965 for PC and Mobile

I am surprised the last version wouldn't let me connect to the internet without Avg firewall being turned off completely but this build has all back to normal in that department.

 

This update on the mobile devices but on the desktops it just scrolling.

 

She's back to "normal", whatever that is. *Smile And Hubby, dog, cat and I are home! Yayyyyyyyyyy!

It's so nice to be home and on my desktop, rather than that dinky 17" laptop!

I booted last night, checked only a couple of threads, checked updates, thinking I would start the download of 14959. Ha! Build 14965 was halfway downloaded. *WhatSo now I get to check out this new Build. Later today, after we catch up on chores (yard needs mowing) left undone for 2.5 weeks.

 

Same here, Magilla! This is the first time I've ever been "denied" the install.esd file! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Methinks Microsoft doesn't want us to create our own ISO files . . . it seems that all our options are being taken from us, one-by-one. Sheesh!

I saw this morning here in the forums a new build was dropped,
but decided to wait until after I got home from work to download and install.
Ya'll know how it is when you have little or no time*Wink

I rolled back to Windows Preview 14995 now it's updating to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14965.

 

installed and as usual scrolling not working without installing new driver
paint 3d still crashes when you try changing the colour
quests do not tell you when completed unless you go back into quest which is a pain
closing lid for sleeping laptop does not wake when you open the lid

 

Finally got this build to install on my Lumia 640XL. I went to my wireless settings and it was set to metered. Changed it and it took two tried to download and install.

Glad she is 'normal' and that you and hubby are back home. Yes, I know what happens when you go away and chores keep piling up.

 

I am frustrated with the 'new enhancements' to sticky notes. I cannot add notes, cannot edit notes. It keeps freezing.

 

Urk! Maybe I won't bother with it, then since I'm not one to leave sticky things all over my monitor(s). *Smile

 

I use sticky notes to track my build installs and make notes about It's use, problems and accolades for each build (among other uses) and now it doesn't work and appears to have deleted all those notes, too. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

 

Can anybody show a picture of those new Sticky Notes, I still have old one, I think ? What's the version of it now ?
