I have Cortana but not "Hey Cortana". I have to hit the mike icon for it to work by voice.

When will the RTM version begin to roll out for the existing phones running Windows Phone 8.1?

 

I don't think MS has said yet. I have my eye on a Lumia 950 or 950 XL when they are released.

Nothing set in stone yet that I know of. I'm on and one can get on the email list when the 950 and 950XL get released for purchase.

I noticed that with the preview I can no longer use the weather app for the lockscreen. I have been loking for a good lockscreen app and found one called Lockmix. Do you guys know some other good lockscreen apps?
