Windows 10: Annoying ISO files

Hello Community.

I run a YouTube channel named Windows Whistler I am trying to make my first video right now, and I'm trying to do a tutorial of how to Download Windows 8.1. I am on a laptop Lenovo Thinkpad X250. I went to Microsoft's Media Creation tool for Windows 8.1, and downloaded the "Win8.1_English_x64.iso". I opened it, pressed and followed the instructions, but I get this dumb error which says : "The file "autorun.dll" could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0x7E]". I downloaded this file about 4 times and I downloaded other files like "Win8.1_Pro_N_English.iso". None of them work, and all it says is this error message. I tried getting help from Microsoft and other websites, and none of them work. Please help me make my first video for my channel. By the beginning of May, I hope to have 100 subscribers.

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)
i was just curious

Um, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UDF the DVD format?

"The name ISO is taken from the ISO 9660 file system used with CD-ROM media, but an ISO image might also contain a UDF file system."

ISO corruption , very annoying.

I can't seem to find where to download the below :

• 
  Step 1: Download and Extract > RESTOREHEALTH v2.ZIP
  Step 2: Insert your Windows Setup Media ( Mounted ISO or DVD or USB )
