Annoying issues on new Win 10 build

Still not solved, this problem. In fact, it seems to have gotten worse and has expanded to any audio, even youtube videos. I have attached a screenshot of latency monitor and text file. Maybe there is something there.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____CONCLUSION_____________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates. LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:00:21 (h:mm:ss) on all processors._________________________________________________________________________________________ ________________SYSTEM INFORMATION_________________________________________________________________________________________ ________________Computer name: DESKTOP-7CTQ909OS version: Windows 10 , 10.0, build: 16299 (x64)Hardware: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., PRIME B350-PLUSCPU: AuthenticAMD AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor Logical processors: 16Processor groups: 1RAM: 16318 MB total_______________________________________________________________________________________________ __________CPU SPEED_______________________________________________________________________________________________ __________Reported CPU speed: 2994 MHzNote: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Hi, I'v attached a collection of extracts from and threads on this topic. This was done quite along time back, however I think there have not been so many threads on this topic since then.

Perhaps you will find an appropriate approach from these.

I hope I don't jinx myself but I may have fixed it. I downloaded (and installed) several drivers. a couple from Realtek and the one that seemed to word was designated as a Realtek driver specifically for the mobo. The mobo driver was an older driver. I think I have a Win10 auto update working against me. I need to turn that off.

Jinx. stutters and stops came back just less. Web pages loading make a non-web player hiccup. This is a powerful machine with nothing going on in the background. WTF this is annoying.
