Windows 10: Annoying message- Outlook

Hi I was wondering if anyone could assist me in getting rid of this annoying pop up from (purportedly) Outlook? You can see in the attached .jpg the pop up, and every time you click "OK" it simply pops up again. The password is correct and I know this because I am still able to send and receive any mail, it is just annoying! I tried installing icloud for Windows (didnt do anything), and clicking "Repair" against the entry in the Outlook settings, but no luck so far. (It was unable to repair it and said it could not connect to icloud server. Yet it still works.) I also checked the manual settings in Outlook from the Apple icloud server in the help page here
... but they are correct.

Focused and Other inboxes in Outlook

My messages online on Outlook all come into one inbox BUT on Windows tiles my Outlook inbox is split into Focused and Other. I have tried the "changing settings" post but it does not work for the "Tiles". It is really annoying as I miss important emails
which apparently Outlook decide are not important. Why is this split on the Windows tiles version of my inbox but not if you enter Outlook online?

Help - it is really really annoying. Fed up with Outlook/Microsoft or whoever changing things automatically - do not want to opt into these things.

Since upgrading to Windows 10, this message only occurs when I am using my Hotmail / Microsoft Outlook and is very annoying. I still use Internet Explorer

After a year of complaints and knowledge of this annoying message it is about time a 'once-and-for all' easy solution was issued as an update to all users

 

I cannot see any attachment. I think you can turn them off in settings/notifications.
