It's centred in the area that is: the taskbar height mi the height of the coloured lines that show under the open window buttons.

I assume that was a deliberate design choice.

I agree. It's amazing that they didn't pick this up during the very public beta.

  5. I don't like having the Aero only in the start menu and taskbar. What was the point of including it there, but not in the window title bar or borders? And the least they could have done was give an option to manually pick colors for the title bar and borders. Even tried downloading some themes hoping someone would have added color to those areas and no joy... plane old boring white.

    Yup, without a doubt misaligned.

Hopefully fixed in the next patch.

  7. I have the time and also the date showing there. I can't tell if the two lines are spaced exactly right either. In fact I just looked to see how to change it to time only, and can't see how.... I did discover that 'Adjust Date/Time' takes you into a part of PC Settings, but then to do some of the advanced ones you find yourself in part of Control Panel, and that in fact much of these settings are still duplicated in both areas. Oh heck! Here's another little niggle. Go into the backup settings and you see the options to backup, go deeper into the options and it starts to become 'back-up'. Now that is just perverse!

That's because the date used to be under the clock by default in previous builds in the very public beta.

I got a similar inconsistency, those who know Spanish, you know that you can speak using tu and usted. tu=informal and usted=formal.
Windows 10 mixes up both, some messages use tu and others use usted *Smile

I really like the UI. Much flatter and simpler, similar to latest OS/X.
