    2 Remove Windows.Photo file in /WindowsApps/ and Cannot Install with Windows Store

    3 System Update / Restore Cannot help you fix problem with Windows.Photo

    when using Remove-AppxPackage to remove app , it should be fine with reinstall in Windows Store

    however , I get error code 0x80070003, enter windows Store when start photo app.

    also Add-AppxPackage Cannot fix it.

    here is a way to try:

    1 Remove-AppxPackage with powershell(admin) :

    "get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage"

    2 remove Windows.Photo files in WindowsApp/

    3 Get a healthy Windows.Photo copy of other PC.

    and put them in your WindowsApps/ . (you should care about versions of two PC)

    4 Backto Windows Store And reinstall with Windows Store;

    may help. ;>
