    I have just found out I was deducted €99 for a service call ' Answer Desk Assure Renewal'

    I did not order this and do not know what it is. Can anyone advise

    Trying to cancel Answer Desk Assure Auto-Renew

    I want to turn off auto renew for my Answer Desk Assure subscription. Every time I hit "manage account" I get taken to a virtual agent who says "something went wrong" when it tries to turn off auto renew.The agent then suggests I go to the same subscription
    page that started the failed auto-renew process. So, it goes in a circle, defaults to "something went wrong" and then starts all over again. How do i turn off auto-renew for Answer Desk Assure?

    Total Scam with automatic renewal of Answer Desk Assure help

    Microsoft should be ashamed of the scam they have initiated with the automatic Renewal of Answer Desk Assure fee.

    Received an email that my subscription has been automatically renewed...Took 3 phone calls ...45 minutes to get the renewal cancelled...never buy Microsoft anything...their help line and Answer Desk Assure is handled by people who can barely speak English
    and you can hear them tapping away on what sounds to be a typewriter (must be a really antiquated keyboard); they can't transfer you or give you another number to call for help...A TOTAL SCAM...email has a link for help, which goes nowhere...really, Microsoft?
    NEVER BUY MICROSOFT ANYTHING!!!

    How do I cancel an upcoming Answer Desk Assure Renewal?

    I have received an email regarding up upcoming renewal for Answer Desk Assure. The link supplied does not lead me to where I need to go to cancel.

    Does anybody know how to cancel this subscription.
