    Answerbox Trojan?

Ever since nineteenth of February, I've downloaded what appeared to be a Windows Grep on my Windows 10, but all I got was something called a "Answerbox." The first Red flag was that my computer had flagged it to be a virus, and instantly after download, I see a box, in which I can either move it around my screen or type in it. I instantly go and delete "Answerbox", but every time I restart the computer, it appears again. How do I fix this? I haven't seen anyone talk about a "Answerbox" Trojan.

PS: I checked the security Center, it said there was no problems except that I should sign in to One-drive.

    :)

Windows Defender is not getting rid of the Trojans. Does anyone have suggestions?

    Thank you

New Trojan that Demands a Ransom

There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back. After encrypting the files, the virus leaves a nice step-by-step guide of how to go about paying the ransom off. It's supposedly spread through email Spam, and has successfully evaded anti-virus scanners.
