Windows 10: anti hacking tools 3.2 and network protection 3 is from Microsoft

I have one issue with Microsoft Edge ,I ring Microsoft the free number for support 08006528704 the gentlemen tall me I been hacking and I have to install anti hacking tools 3.2 and network protection 3 for a cost and I want to know if is real thanks and is from Microsoft let know I hope is not a scam

Suggestions !!!

Can we get the intranet scan to do the following:
1) List IP Address in numerical order
2) List IP Addresses that are not in use, perhaps denoted by a hostname of "--------"
3) Enter a hostname of "Unknown" for IP Addresses that are found but not Windows devices.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that if you select a specific address (say 10.10.10.1) and it find a machine, it outputs the information. If you then select another address (say 10.10.10.2) which is not in use, the original info from the first address does not get cleared from the output pane.

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

2. Step 2: Choose System protection on the left.
3. Step 3: Select a hard disk and tap Configure to move on.
4. Step 4: Choose Turn on system protection and hit OK.
5. Step 3: Select Disable system protection and hit OK.
