Windows 10: Anti-Virus won't let me Activate after update to 1809?

I do not have any other antivirus installed?


I'm running windows 10 Pro on latest update.

How does Windows Defender compare, in quality, to other anti-virus?

Not a very sensible choice of wording, IMO... There's no One Size Fits All and we don't do any kind of polls/ratings here in MC.
