    Antimalware service executablevirus?


    Im not sure but i might have a virus on my laptopAnitmalware service executable at random times takes 200 to 400 MB memory and drains my battery. i wanted to make sure that it was this procces that was draining my battery so i wanted to forcefully shut it down. i first tried the regedit method which didnt do anything the programm was still runing after that i tried to shut it down via services, but when i tried that i didnt see it listed there while it was listed in task manager.so my question is: is this a virus and if it isnt a virus how do i disable this programm
