    Witam serdecznie,

    Ponad 3 miesiące temu zakupiłem subskrypcję xbox game pass na pc na 3 miesiące. Od jakiegoś czasu nie używałem jej i kompletnie zapomniałem że takową subskrypcje mam aktywowaną i że jest włączone w niej rozliczanie cykliczne. Tydzień temu zajrzałem na konto bankowe i okazało się, że pobrało mi ostatnie 60zł z konta na przedłużenie tej właśnie subskrypcji. I tutaj moje pytanie, czy jest możliwość zwrotu pieniędzy za tą subskrypcję i anulowanie jej? Odkąd została ona przedłużona nie skorzystałem z niej ani razu, a pieniądze, które poszły na przedłużenie tej subskrypcji są mi aktualnie bardzo potrzebne. Pozdrawiam i mam nadzieję, że moja prośba zostanie rozpatrzona pozytywnie.
