Windows 10: Any file explorer slows down my internet connection

I have the problem written in the title. I can't explain really what's happening with it but I have tried Total Commander and the default File Explorer but both of them when they load up and even when they are opened slow down my internet connection horribly. This really frustrates me and I have just reinstalled windows before this problem like 2-3 weeks before it started happening.

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).

Method 1: I would suggest you to run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter which would tell us the reason behind the issue and check.

Follow these steps to run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

• Click on search and type troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

Method 2: Follow the steps suggested in this link and check if it helps.

Method 3: I would suggest you to run
System Maintenance Troubleshooter and check if it helps:

• Press Windows + X key.　
• Select Control panel.
• In the search box, type Troubleshooter and then click
  Troubleshooting.
• Under System and Security,
• Click on System Maintenance and Click on Next button.
