Windows 10: Any way to change new computer login from M365 to Microsoft personal?

Just bought my laptop from my employer when I left but it won't let me log in with my personal Microsoft account. it's Windows 11 and when I enter my personal email to set up it says I must have a work or school account. Is there any way to change the login to allow for a personal account? I have also reached out to IT to see if they can change it to personal. Thanks!

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news - but it seems like you must add the person to Microsoft Family to share the M365 Family subscription - it seems to be a policy change.

 

administrative login on personal computer

one day my computer changed my administrative username to HP and also changed my password, now I cant do anything to computer . I cant update computer I cant install Microsoft 365 . I have no way to login to administrative account on personal computer!
pls pls pls help
