Any ways to set screen time restrictions? living healthy, building good habits n all that.

context: trying to build good habits and make myself more productive, fix sleeping pattern and so on.

Problem: cant find a way to set time restrictions for my self, other than to set up a new "child Microsoft account" with the whole Microsoft family malarkey. Are there any [free] alternatives other than using code?

Frustration: It was nice and easy on my IOS devices, go to screen time, set limits so that I can use applications between only 6am and 9pm, 3 clicks. And there you go, reading between 9-11 instead of binging YouTube/Netflix/Crunchyroll until 4 in the morning. Actually mind blown that its not this simple on windows.

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Any ways to set screen time restrictions? living healthy, building good habits n all that. :p
