    I only have problems on "Facebook" when i try to upload an image from the Desktop. Everything else works.

    Hi,

    This can be due to the Windows Store configuration that needs to be reset. To better understand your concern, we'd like to know the following:

    • If you're getting error messages when downloading the application.
    • If you've experienced the same concern when downloading other applications.
    • The last activities performed on your device prior to your concern.
    • The version of Windows 10 that you're using on your device. To do this, you can perform the steps posted on this

    • The troubleshooting steps that you've already performed.

    In the meantime, we'd recommend resetting the Windows Store to clear the cache of the application. To do this, you can perform the following:

    • Press Windows + R to open run command.
    • Type WSReset.exe, then click OK.
    • Wait for the command to finish.

    Once done, check if you'll be able to download the specified application.

    I got the free Windows 10 edition of Minecraft and am trying to download it. But when I do, it "downloads" and the Download button just reappears! HELP!
