    Cannot stabilize framerate in any games

    Just as @Sasqui suggested, run GPU-z while running your game, wait for when fps drop happen and monitor what happens to a gpu clock, gpu load and voltage. Then report back here.

    I have tried, to reinstall Mail & Calender as suggested on some forums to no avail. I have also tried to repair the Store Cache as another suggested, but this always stays put. Where is it from and how do I remove it all together? Thank you for your time and expert opinion

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
