Windows 10: Anyone having issues using Windows Update Standalone Installer on Windows 11 24h2?

I have an air gapped desktop that is on Windows 11 24h2 build 26100.2454 . For all of my air gapped Windows 10 machines I can just pull the updates off Micosoft Update Catalog and install them using wusa. On the Windows 11 machine, I get the error "Installer encountered an error: 0x800704c6. The network is not present or not started." Anyone run into this issue before or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
