Windows 10: Anyone know a fix for this? Laptop becomes unusable.

PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING WINDOWS 10, ASUS LAPTOP

• hi sir/ ladies,
  
  Recently my laptop stopped charging when the battery meter reach 74% (before it was 94% then it become 84% next is 81% and finally 74%), can anyone tell me how to fix it. i try different solution in internet such as STEP 1: device manager STEP 2: Battery STEP
  3: Uninstall 2nd option in battery STEP 4: Scan for hardware changes and so on BUT it also didn't fix the battery issues in my laptop.

Windows Mail has become unusable

The April 2018 Windows 10 Update was installed on my laptop yesterday, 4/30/18. I use Windows Mail and it has become unusable after the update. Click on the mail icon and after it open, nothing. No folders listed, settings does not take care of that either.
The sync does nothing. I have tried all remedies in Help including making sure the firewall is not blocking Mail and resetting Mail from the Apps and Features, but to no avail. It's just a dead program right now. It was set up through GMail before the update
and for now, I just have to go and log on in Google to check my emails. I sent this same info in Feedback and hope MS will find a fix. There is no way for me to uninstall it and go into the Store and download it again either. The Uninstall button in Apps and
Features is blanked out. Also, this is set as my default mail handler as well...
