Windows 10: Anyone knows about my issues and how to solve this?

I don't know what this issues name is... I'm using Ideapad gaming 3 15ACH6My screen feels laggy when opening/closing app, scrolling web and playing games, I found these issues after updating to windows 11 22h2.The first thing that happened was my cursor suddenly lag and then the whole screen become lag too, but when I restart my laptop it's back to normal for a moment until the issues back again and again.I think this is caused by the display driver, so I disabled the Nvidia display driver ver 31.0.15.2647 and yes, the screen isn't lagging anymore

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

1. I have not made any changes to the system prior to this issue.

2. No, I have not installed a third-party antivirus on the system.

I tried both step 1 and 2. The issue was still occurring.

Solved! or fixed! or whatever! I was able to absorb the extra space in a 3-step process:

1. resize the System Reserved partition to use the space after it
2. reboot
3. stretch the M: data partition to absorb the space after it using the EXTEND -- not RESIZE -- command

System rebooted and working normally. THX all.
