Windows 10: anyway to keep desktop icons where i want without using Auto Arrange in windows 10?

Anyway to keep desktop icons, after logging in, where i want WITHOUT using Auto Arrange in windows 10 version 21H1?

a) Right click on Desktop.

b) Click on View.

c) Uncheck both "Arrange icons to grid" and "Auto arrange icons".

d) Restart the computer and check if it helps.

i have windows 10 enterprise after 2 day from installed windows , my desktop icon is auto arrange set but in right click option is not set ,

i have problem with this , when i refresh the desktop this is change icon position to auto arrange , please help me ? how can i set dont auto arrange in desktop ?????
