Windows 10: Apache/2.4.52 Ubuntu Server at ext.iadispatcher.com Port 80 What does it mean?

How can I correct this on my system?

"System" process with PID 4 use port 80

I use Windows 10 and Apache which run on port 80. But after the Windows update on 10 May 2017, there was a process called "System" ( NT Kernel & System ) PID 4 used port 80, So I can not use Apache on port 80.

I know this system process but what can I do to close this process or let this process leave port 80 ?

ps. I do not use IIS or other services that use this port.

Apache server cannot start up on port 8888

am using MAMP to start Apache Server, but the server doesn't seem to be able to start up.

when I check through Diagnostic Wizard, it tells me (LocalHost is not set up to accept connection on port)

I have change the port from 80 to 8888 to 6767, but still getting same error
