Windows 10: app drawer will not show up. have to use run to open everything

yes im having a issue with windows 10, my apps will not work at all. kept getting errors and only thing I can do now is to have to do a run search for everything.

Android Launcher App Drawer

I have 2 issues with the app drawer:

1. There should be an option to sort folders alphabetically, and not just display them based on which folder was created first.

2. The 'New Apps' list is still showing 3 apps I installed 2 weeks ago. How long will they be considered 'new' being dropping from the list? There needs to be a way to disable 'New Apps', same as you can disable 'Show Recent Apps'.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
