Windows 10: App icon on some default Windows apps are missing in search

I'm having a problem where some of the windows app icons aren't showing up when searching for them via the Cortana bar.https://imgur.com/a/OU3duEb - example of some apps that have no icon/bugged while one of them isn't. how can I fix it? Thanks

• When you hover your mouse over your taskbar or Start menu, are you seeing the icons for your apps?
• Have you tried searching for a specific app and check if it will appear on the search results?

No outlook.com app shortcut icon in chrome

Uninstalling chrome make's the chrome Outlook.com app https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/hotmail checker i use, disappear from chrome as a shortcut next to the star button for bookmarks and the settings button where i have adblock and google chromecast icon

How do i get it back, i use windows 8.1 64 bit, extremly annoying that i can't get this icon,button back in chrome, please help me *Smile

 

Apps Icons are missing from Apps menu

• What is the version and build of your Windows 10 device? To check that, click on the Start menu, type

• When did the issue occur?

• Have you tried to search for the apps that you have from the search field or Cortana and check if those app are still in the File Explorer?
