Windows 10: App in Microsoft Store not downloading consistently

Hello,


I recently published a winform app to the Microsoft Store. It has downloaded for some users, but some are saying it just spins when they try. I previously had a trial version option for it, but the download wasn't working for it. I made a new submission with the trial option not there. Now some can download and some have issues.


The app is called Picky Clicky Blender.


I'm not sure if there is anything I can change on my end to improve the download experience. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
