    So I have a pretty new computer and fairly good internet, both rated at 1000Mbps and using ethernet, but when trying to download games, the task manager says it's near 10% or about 95 Mbps.


    How do I allow the app, Steam, to use more of that and download faster.

    Steam's CPU usage is around 12%, since steam unpacks as it downloads.

    Data Usage Limit setting option is not showing up in Settings App

    I am using Windows 10 with a limited network. I want to set a limit of data usage by Windows 10 and its apps. There is an option to configure the network as Limited and Window updates will not be downloaded after that. I searched for setting a usage limit
    and found out that people have an option for that. But when I searched in setting app I found that option listed in the search results but after opening, the option to do that is not available. It's just showing up in search results. I am using
    Windows 10 Pro Build no10586.164. Kindly tell me that if I can enable that option or other options too that have the same issue because Windows 10 and its Apps are using a ton of data

    One of the possible reasons why this issue occurs is when your computer is not set as metered connection. A metered network is being set when you have limited data plan and want to control your data usage. To know more about your high data usage
    issue in Windows 10, we just have a few questions:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you running? To check it, click
      Start
      , type About your PC, then press
      Enter.
    • Are you using a wired or a wireless connection?
