Windows 10: App not installing from windows store Code: 0x803FB005

I am not able to install the AMD Radeon Settings Lite app from the Microsoft App Store. Shows Error Something Unexpected Happened Code: 0x803FB005. The problem is happening with only this app. DEVICE SPECS: Intel i5 7200u, Radeon 520 graphics, 8gb ram. Please Help

Are you getting this error for all apps you're trying to install or update? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

I suggest that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify
the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically. If the troubleshooter can't find anything, I also suggest that you reset the Store app. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps
& features > Store > Advanced options > Reset.

If you continue to encounter the error, try to clear and reset the Windows Store cache. WSReset is a built-in program present in Windows 10 which can be used to clear and reset Windows Store cache. This utility will clear Windows
Store and app cache files. Since it deletes all cache files of Windows Store, there are chances that it'll fix your Windows Store related problems. You may follow these steps:

1. Type cmd in the search box, then select Command Prompt.
2. Type: WSReset.exe
3. Allow the process to complete, then restart your computer.

I cant download in windows store, code: 0x803FB005

I buy a used laptop with Win 10 Pro, after that, I reset my laptop to default again. When I see my start menu, there is a Dolby Access icon that I can't click or use, when I see in App & Features there is no Dolby access app (not installed).

So, I want to download and install it, but when I want to do it there is an error with code: 0x803FB005. How to fix it? because I already reset the window store use WSReset but the result still not resolved yet.

Error Code 0x803FB005 being displayed for trying to install apps from windows store etc.

Error Code 0x803FB005 being displayed for all apps inside of windows store and anything associated with appxpackage or appxmanifest do not exist. Pc will also not allow any resets, update 1803 will not install after 12 times, after each one it has revert
to version 1709.

I honestly have no idea what else to do, tried reseting the store, tried installing updates manually, searched the internet and of microsoft questions to see if this had already been solved. Found zip, zich, nada.
