  1. Application Blocked from accessing Graphics Hardware

I've recently been experiencing an issue with one of my games being blocked from utilizing the graphics hardware installed on my computer. War Thunder to be exact.

Ever since the Newest update for the game came out, that problem has arisen. Upon completing the update, I was prompted to update my graphics card driver, which I did without issue. My computer is an XPS 8930 uses an AMD Radeon RX 560 chip set, with an Intel(R) Core i5- 8400 CPU at 2.80 GHz.

Ever since the update. I have started getting windows notifications that the game has been blocked from using the Hardware I have. The launcher starts properly but while the game is load my screen often flickers between a black screen and my desktop a number of times before either freezing completely or continuing on but having really messed up textures. War Thunder's diagnostics show that my graphics driver hung up, while windows is blocking it.

I don't get this issue for any other games or application except War Thunder. Ive combed through the forums but don't quite understand how to fix the problem or if there is even a fix for it. My computer is new and less that 3 months old.

    Someone please help

    :)
