Windows 10: Application errors

My internet was bugging out and the answers on other forums said to do /scannow sfc or something and it said it was successful but then when i went to update a driver for network. I went to start menu and searched device manager. I gave me a error said it cant find the file or i dont have the permission(error 26ee068-a00a-44d7-9371-beb064c98683) Then i was able to access via run command. Tonight i was going to create a restore point for my computer but it gave me a error and said windows cannot access the file, you may not have the appropriete perms to accesS this file. But then i was able to get to it via control panel.please help this is really bugging me.also this is only the case for administator application and yes i am the only admin/ user of my pc

A corrupted system file is one of the possible reasons why you get this Windows application error when attempting to open a PDF file. Given that, we highly suggest performing the following methods to isolate and troubleshoot this issue.

Method 1: Run DISM

• Run this command: SFC /scannow
  
• This may take several minutes to finish. If Command Prompt shows
  Verification 100% complete, close the command prompt and check if your issue has been fixed.
