  1. Application Fault in Explorer

Not sure what I did but I'm getting an Application Fault from Explorer every other time Windows boots. The error causes all UI elements to stop working and no program will start.

    Hi Bushido,

Welcome to the 10forums Application Fault in Explorer :)

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    Attachment 97639

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window.

There seem to be a lot of app crashes from Realtek audio, I would suggest a reinstallation of the drivers.

  3. Faulting Application Error: RadeonSoftware

I have been playing Call of Duty: Warzone for several months and randomly during the game it crashes and gives me a DEV ERROR 6068 which states that the Direct X driver has encountered an unrecoverable error. I have tried every suggestion online but nothing
works. I feel like it is related to my graphics card which by no means is stressed in the game as I don't run anywhere near max settings and I am sometimes even getting 250 fps. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before or can help me explain why
this error is occurring in the even viewer. I have tried various graphics card drivers and am always on the latest windows updates and other drivers.

Happy to share the rest of my specs if that might help.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Application Fault in Explorer

    Explorer Windows 10 ucrtbase.dll fault

    Hi There

I have already been searching in the forums for a solution tot his and cant find one, considering most issues with other programs other than explorer itself.

Explorer keeps crashing, stays open for a few moments then closes, gui also refreshes constantly (obviously being part of Explorer).

Faulting application name: explorer.exe, version: 10.0.16299.248, time stamp: 0x18ee648b

Faulting module name: ucrtbase.dll, version: 10.0.16299.248, time stamp: 0xe71e5dfe

    Exception code: 0xc0000409

    Fault offset: 0x000000000006b79e

    Faulting process ID: 0x332c

    Faulting application path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe

    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll

As its explorer its not like I can just reinstall the darn thing and this is also quite a new issue, nothing new installed or changed on the system just out of the blue.

Any solutions would be very welcome Application Fault in Explorer :)
