Windows 10: Application freezing after Updating windows to 1903

Applications are getting freeze while working and they don't stop responding. I go to desktop or press Windows + D key and come back to the application and it works fine.


After each command, it happens so it's hard to work.


I am having this issue with my work and home pc and also having the same issue with the laptop.


Can I uninstall updates so I can get at least one of the systems to work properly and as they all got update same time and my work is stuck I'm wondering if there any way to stop installing future updates for 50-60 days to prevent this kind of issues?


I am not sure if it's update or office 365 as purchased office 365 same day I got the update.

I'm not using any antivirus only windows security so should I invest in a good antivirus?

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
