Windows 10: "Application Has Been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware"

I've been getting this error message a couple times on Youtube and in games. It makes the screen freeze for a second. What is the cause of this and how do I fix it?

Graphics driver problems

Last week there was an update and I started getting a message saying "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered". Now today there was another update and now it is blocking programs from accessing my graphics hardware. What the heck are you doing
to my computer Microsoft???? The error message reads "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" and then the details will name with program (i.e. IMVU.exe or Chrome.exe) has been blocked. How do I fix this? If I can't fix this very soon,
I will be restoring my computer back to Windows 8.

It can be caused by video drivers or bad video card. Try updating drivers if you didn't

 

Try updating the video card drivers in the computer. You can open the Device Manager and the right click on the video card and select update.
