Windows 10: Application has been blocked from using graphics card

Hey, I've had this problem for around 3 weeks now and I've done all possible solutions written online and all have been unsuccessful. I thought It may have been a hardware issue with the actual GPU which was a 1070ti. So in response, I bought a 3090 out of desperation but I still persist with the issue. I've reformatted and reinstalled countless times and moved the GPU to various slots. I'm really at the end of patience with this as I've lost weeks of potential work due to the problem. Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

This issue may occur if the drivers are not supported for the game.

1) Have you tried playing through the first Hard drive?

2) Does this issue occur on the other Hard drive?

3) Does this issue occur while accessing or running any other applications?

First, I suggest you to disable the graphic driver and then try to install the graphic drivers and check if it helps.

To Disable and un-install and re-install the graphic driver you can follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows Key + R, type
  devmgmt.msc.
  
• 
  Select the graphic driver.
  
• 
  Click on properties, click on
  Disable.
  
• 
  Next click on Uninstall.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver (Downloaded from the manufacturer’s website) file.
