Windows 10: Applications closes automatically after few seconds

[COLOR=rgba26, 26, 27, 1]I have a problem that closes applications automatically and I have tried everything but nothing works[/COLOR]

Apps and office crashed or automatically closed after few seconds

My HP support, dongle app and few other apps are not working and all office applications like word, excel etc are automatically closed just after 2 second. Whats wrong with my lapi? suggest me if it can be repaired.

The applications on my windows 10 automatically closes within some few seconds. I thought I was the only one experiencing it but later on I realized that my colleagues were facing the same problem. Is there a way to solve this?
