Windows 10: Apps crashing after 1903 update, Can I uninstall 1903 update?

I just noticed that when I update my windows to the latest version. (1903).
*Im using windows 10 pro*


Some of my apps is crashing, sometimes its *not responding*

- Bittorrent

- Burp suite (other software that requires java(jre))
- Sometimes the windows settings can't open or search cant type anything in the search bar (I need to restart to make it work)

My question is, can I uninstall 1903 update safely?

Windows 10 Feature Update 1903 is being released very slowly by Microsoft, at the moment, this update is being provided to users that choose to update their system manually, that is why it is appearing in the Update Assistant and not in the Windows Update list
in your Settings App

If you do want to update, use the Update Assistant, 1903 is a really stable update and the installation usually runs very smoothly . . .
