    Apps Crushing Mainly games


    Hey lately my sistem is not working as intended i get alot of crushes to every major app game that i try to run


    The diacnostics and specs of my pc are down :

    before i asked this question i already installed a clean copy of widonws 10 64x fully updated and my graphics drivers are up to date as well, so if anyone has any clue why this is happening or how can i fix it it would be highly apreciated

    candy crush app won't respond

    Hi James,

    We need to gather more information for us to better understand your concern about, accessing the Candy Crush app. Kindly answer these questions:

    • Can you access the Candy Crush app before? If so, when did the issue start?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
    • Can you please describe to us what is happening when you open the Candy Crush app? Are you encountering an error message when accessing the app?
    • What is the OS Build of your Windows 10? To determine the build of your Windows 10, follow these steps:
      • Click the Windows logo (Start button).
      • Click the gear icon (Setting).
      • Select System.
      • On the left pane, choose About.
    • Can you still access your other applications?

    There may be an issue with the files of the Candy Crush app that is why you're having an issue accessing it. In the meantime, we suggest running theWindows
    Store apps troubleshooter     to see if the troubleshooter will be able to replace the files of the app.

    So the best answer I can offer is to try one of two things:



    • Look in windowsphone.com under
      Apps+Games       and see if there is something similar.
    • If you do not see anything you like then send a note to the developer of Candy Crush and ask if they have plans for developing for Windows Phone.
    So with Candy Crush, you create rows or columns with three candies of the same color to remove them. I have never played Candy Crush but I think it is similar to Jewel³ (http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/jewel/6c731213-ea39-e011-854c-00237de2db9e).

    • Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

    • Doe this issue occurs on a local account or the Microsoft account?

    • Is the issue specific to this game?


    I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the admin account or the MSA to check if that helps.



    I also suggest you to install any pending updates on the pc to check if that helps. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.



    If this issue is only with Candy Crush Saga, I suggest you to uninstall the game and re-install it and check if it works fine.

    Issue related to unable to receive extra moves will better assist by
