Windows 10: Apps stop working.

Hi, In the Reliability Monitor it claims that Photo App - stopped working.
I used it briefly and closed it down and saw no evidence of any problem but as stated above the Monitor claims it stopped working. Am I closing it down incorrectly; I use the close button 'X' top right of interface.
Advice will be welcome.

Well yes, exactly. I now wish I had not bought this extremely expensive phone. It just isn't up to the job, from what I can see. It should be much more reliable than this.

What is causing this memory card problem? I know that quality varies according to some makes of card, but the card came with the phone, so I assume it is a make that is supposed to work well.

Do I go back to the shop I bought it from and lodge a complaint? Is it going to work properly after I reformat the card etc?

How do I transfer data to the C internal memory, especially any programs that I (unfortunately) installed on the E memory card.

Please reply and give me some idea of what I can expect.

Thanks. Next time it happens I'll try that (although I'm fairly sure I would normally do so before reinstalling; honestly can't remember now).

 

You're not doing anything wrong.

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the photos app.

Is there any error information in reliability monitor?

 

No there is no error stated. I will do as you suggest thank you and come back later with results.
