Windows 10: Apps Will not open and white line appears under them

Hello,

My pc reasently updated and i tried to watch Netfilx but it did not open and I tried to open Microsoft Store to uninstall it and install it again but the same thing happend.Can somebody help me?

icons on taskbar in windows 10 has a white line under all programs list in it that are open, is there a way of removing it?

Please follow the methods given below and see if the issue persist:

Method 1: I suggest you to change the theme and check.

Step 1: Right-click on desktop, click
Personalize option to open and navigate to Personalization section of Settings app.

Step 2: On the left-side of the Settings app, click Themes.

Step 3: Click the Theme settings link on the right-side to open the classic Personalization window.

Step 4: Here, click the installed theme that you would like to use to apply the theme.

Method 2: If the issue persist update graphic card driver from device manager.

  Open Device manager.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Display Adapter’.
  
• 
  Locate the display driver.
  
• 
  Right-click on the display card listed and click on
  ‘Update Driver Software’

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
