Windows 10: April 21, 2020—KB4550945 continuously fails

I need help, I have been attempting to fix this update failure and have attempted loading it manually, and it keeps failing. I do not want to have to reinstall windows. Please help.

Cumulative updates - April 14 2020

"2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951) - Error 0x80073701"

Updates keeps failing ; Troubleshooter is of no help , it doesn't detect anything;

Tried steps as per windows support guide ( DISM , scannow etc...) ; but still issue hasn't resolved.

Appreciate if you can suggest steps to resolve this issue.
