Windows 10: Are all features in version 1903 working fine?

Today, when windows update automatically checked for version 1903 then i used update assistant to update my PC and my PC got successfully updated but i have some confusions regarding it.

As everyone said that after 1903 update we will see users account picture in settings page but it is not visible in my system. However, the changes in the login screen are visible but i have doubt if all features are working perfectly or not? This is how my settings window appears after the update.

Upgrading from version 1803 to version 1903

I cannot get my Windows 10 desktop to install feature upgrade version 1903. I'm stuck on 1803 and can't find a way to upgrade to 1903.

 

1903 version night light not working

it is a known issue in 1903

Night light settings do not apply in some cases

Microsoft has identified some scenarios where night light settings may stop working, for example:

Connecting to (or disconnecting from) an external monitor, dock, or projector

Rotating the screen

Updating display drivers or making other display mode changes

Affected platforms:

Client: Windows 10, version 1903

Workaround: If you find that your night light settings have stopped working, try turning the night light on and off, or restart your computer.

Note We recommend that you do not attempt to manually update using the Update now button or the Media Creation Tool until this issue has been resolved.
