Windows 10: Are we completely lost our control on Windows 10 yet?

You know the good stuff, when a major "upgrade" happens MS usually blocks,prevents most of the features of Windows 10 because they have to think and do on our will, because they are the good guys so they have to limit, hide and force every single "deep" settings on GUI so normal people like myself have limited control on OUR OWN COMPUTERS,How about you people STOP thinking and doing for other people, u'know we have our brains so we can do it ourselves manually IF WE WANT IT,You people made the Windows platform a laughing stock as people keep searching ways to permanently disable/turn off/delet

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
