    Are work Supplied W10 OS's Insecure?


    Description of Problem: I transferred bitcoin to my wallet about 2 weeks ago and confirmed that the amounts did arrive into the account. A few days later, I signed into my account and realized that my balance was showing 0 BTC. I have no idea where the BTC went. I checked the history and it seems to show that the amount was transferred out but I definitely don't remember doing that. How do I get my BTC back?! Any help is sincerely appreciated!

    PS: I did verify my download.



    Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: Electrum 3.3.4
    Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 1903)
    System Hardware Specs: Intel Core i7-7700K CPU 4.20 Ghz, 16 GB DRAM4, 64 bit

    Bottom line:Someone must have gotten access to my seed/password which was uploaded to Onedrive. I need a vulnerability assessment.

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
